Rules of Races

1. Everyone must start on time with their wave.

2. Full Sprint requires all races to do the entire course twice. Yes jump back into the water

3. No Drafting (riding to close to another rider without passing.)

4. Helmets Required of all racers.

5. Yell out bib number each time you transition to volunteers.

6. Know the course prior to the race. We recommend driving it to be assured the turns. The course will be marked by 7PM on Friday July 27, 2012. Maps are available on the course page.
